On-call Schedule- Primary and secondary user info is not visible in the card of overview.

Hi everyone,

I have created one on-call schedule which has shift,roster,schedules and member. but when i moved that to other instance its facing below issues-

primary and secondary user info is not visible in the card view and overview.

but its visible in the calendar. 

in card view its showing nobody is on-call.

Please help me regarding this.

Hi,

How did you captured it and how did you moved it?

Are the user sys ids same in both the instances.

Make sure that primary secondary users exist on other instance and those users are active. If you have inactive user as primary or secondary then that user is not going to show up under card view.
