We are wanting to put up the Event Management - Operator workspace on our NOC display. My first issue, even with an account that can access, how can we make that workspace stay logged in for 24/7?
Any ideas?
2nd issue, how to automatically redirect the user after login to that workspace?
I've search high and low and can't seem to find anyone doing this and I can't believe we are the first to attempt this type of functionality in a NOC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I am unable to modify global settings that would affect all other users so this will work, so I know about the properties we can adjust, I'm looking for some other method to keep this page alive. Also looked at the walk-up experience, but that's using a portal with some widgets that keep that session active.
Thank you in advance for any feedback regarding my issue.
(example workspace I'm referring to)

Hi @Alex111 ,
did you solve this issue in the maintime?
Also, can you please send the url of the Operator Workspce? For some reason on our instance it redirects to Agent Workspace home, and I'm trying to figure out why.
Thank you in advance!

We did not solve this issue, however the NOC has software that will load a specific URL and do a refresh every so many seconds, which keeps the session active. Not exactly what we were hoping for, but it works for now.
The URL for the classic Operator Workspace should be https://instancename.service-now.com/now/workspace/agent
Hope that helps.

Hey @Alex111 did you find a solution to the NOC Experience? I'm looking at similar challenge, considering things like mouse mover dongles and things but feels a bit hacky.

I talked with our NOC people and we are using a tool called Datapath, https://www.datapathltd.com/
This allows you to merge multiple sources into one (or many) screens so they look like one. Within the software it will auto refresh the page you are presenting. In my previous company we also used a solution that would run a synthetic transaction (simulates a user) and would auto refresh pages using that method. Other than those methods, I don't know of anything OOTB that ServiceNow can provide. I hope this helps you out and good luck. If you find or design something better, please share. Always looking for now methods and solutions for this area.
Thanks!
Alex
