We have recently completed the network discovery and are now planning to perform impact analysis of network devices across the platform.We already have tag-based Service Mapping in place. Our objective is to understand how we can link Service Mapping with the associated network Configuration Items (CIs) so that the network devices are properly reflected in the impact analysis.
We attempted to perform the mapping, but it did not work as expected. Could you please guide us on the recommended approach or any prerequisites required to associate network CIs with Service Mapping?
We would like to understand is there any additional pattern required to enable the impact analysis or for mapping .
