Hi Team,

Can we discover Polycom(Network) devices through service now. If yes what types of devices?

OOTB I do not think so. It will require custom pattern. Do the devices have SNMP open? Do they have a master source that could be query?

Do it using SNMP and add the MIB mentioned in this link to discover those using SNMP creds

Thanks for the Reply guys.. So OOB there is no pattern for polycom devices and only solution we have that we can monitor the same through MIB files?

Any issues while configuring the devices? Any specific version which are not supported by Service now?

Hi,

I really have not tried this but i think SNMP supports and hence it should work.
