I’m seeking guidance on the prerequisites and steps needed to configure vCenter database discovery in ServiceNow. While reviewing the documentation at the following link:
ServiceNow MSSQL Data Collected Pattern,
I noticed it primarily refers to Windows credentials and mentions that the MSSQL DB on Windows pattern requires read-only permissions to certain tables. However, it doesn't provide specific details related to vCenter.
Could someone kindly provide the relevant information or point me in the right direction? I'm particularly interested in understanding whether this discovery is achievable through Discovery Patterns, Probes, or Sensors.
