Hi Sona,
Go to ServiceNow CI Class Manager ( from menu) and you will find all the classes and attributes included in CMDB. While most of the technical attributes will be discovered, Attributes which are functional like group, owner etc will not be discovered

Hi, there are multiple ways I believe
My favorite one: open any CI from the class in scope, add new Field to this class (Additional actions -> Configure -> Form Design), and then create new pattern steps to populate created field.
Hope it helps
