Problems in linking values between custom columns(Event Rule)

Hi all,

There is a problem in the value linkage between custom columns in Event Rules.

If I try to link the value of the custom column created in the event table to the custom column created in the alert table, it will be <<UNKNOWN>>.

Is it possible to link the information of the newly created column to the alert table?

That’s exactly right.

Hi 

Adding Custom Fields , Triggering Custom BR on EM_Event table is not at all advisable by Service Now.

Regex can be used to transform/extract data . Few URL on Similar Topic may help you.
