Hi experts,
I am working on PDI version Tokyo.
In the current version, "priority" attribute is added into the reconciliation rule. The data source precedences has been hidden in the navigator. However, it can still be found by typing [cmdb_datasource_precedence.list].
Will data source precedences be deprecated?
If not, what is the relationship and difference with reconciliation rule "priority" attribute? What is the reason behind such a change?
Thank you all in advance,

The "priority" field is part of what ServiceNow refers to as Static reconciliation rules, the old way of creating reconciliation rules. It is still functional, however, if the same CI attribute has both a static and dynamic reconciliation rule, the dynamic reconciliation rule takes priority.
I'm not sure if Static reconciliation will be completely phased out anytime soon.
