Hello! I have a LDAP integration setup with ServiceNow. (Created LDAP server, tested connection, used out-of-box OU definitions, loaded test data into target table in ServiceNow). I want to import locations (that do not have a user associated with them) from AD to ServiceNow. I have 1700 locations that do not have a user associated with them but those locations are important for the business to function. These locations are sites that users travel to but are in no way attached to those users, as these users already have a different locations they report to.
Is there a way to create an OU definition and add in a filter to bring in all these 1700 locations in ServiceNow? Or is there any other way to accomplish this task?
Please feel free to reach out for any further clarification.
