I couldn't find the [Save Description] option in the steps when I followed the official documentation to try the alert analysis summary operation.
In my environment, I can only copy or refresh the summary generated by Now Assist, and it is read-only.
Is it a problem with my operation or is there a lack of other plugins? Or for other reasons?

You need to make the changes in Description to see the Save button i guess.
Once it ihas summarized , you copy that stuff and make changes in description , then I hope you will see Save button on top right.
