Hi,
We have data available in Exit interface routing table but still we dont have any relationships. Anyone knows which sensor is responsible for creating the relationship of IPConnection::IPConnection.
Regards,
Vivek

Hi Vivek.
Starting with the Helsinki release, Service Maps will include layer 2 network switches in the maps.
For either Layer2 or Layer3 network devices, standard discovery must be run against the individual IP Addresses of the devices or the IP Ranges that include the devices.
Details about how to set the Network discovery up:

Hi Chataina,
I have tried running Network Discovery but I did not get any results means there is no IP networks discovered in my production env. The same I have tried in my lab environment interestingly I got IP networks discovered from my layer 3 Switches.
So I understood some thing from this let me know if this is right or wrong.
So when I did Network Discovery, I got IP networks from my Layer 3 network devices and in that IP network of my servers are available. So ServiceNow automatically creating relation ship between Servers and Network devices based upon the IP networks discovered from a Switch/router. Am i right?

Vivek

Hi Vivek!
Here is how the Network Layer 2 discovery work, it states the probes and tables that are used, have a look at that.
Are you running Discovery and Service Mapping, or Discovery only?
