Report on Computers and Software installed

Hey All!

I am trying to narrow down an issue that is occuring during discovery where a CI is discovered and created but the software installed area is not either being populated or downloaded. However, my initial question is related to reporting.

I want to be able to create a report or filter to show me all computers that do not have software installed populated. I can start to get my full population then work on figuring out why and where this is occuring.

Ok i figured out the Datbase View.

I am getting stuck on the item below:
-- Left Join: True (For this one, you'll probably need to personalize the form and add the field)
I am not understanding, I do not see a Left Join option anywhere.

It's a field that is not shown normally, you need to right click the form header -> Personalize Form -> Show it,

Hi macelo,

In the release module as it was designed we have the facility to attach either a request or a change request to our releases through the appropriate stage(feature) record.   Stage(feature) is a child of Phase; Phase is a child of a Release.   This parent hierarchy chain is established at the time requests are linked in the manner described.

Suppose for eg : want a report on RITM123456 which is attached to a release say RLSEL67890

So, along with RITM123456 details, current details of RLSEL67890 such as   Product Name for RLSEL67890, Release type for RLSEL67890, Release Phase for RLSEL67890 and Release stage for RLSEL67890 which should be combined with request details.

I am confused on what clause needs to be added in database view for these tables. Please help!
