Reporting Date filter : on - Last 5 months

Hi,

I need to create report that pulled record for last 4 months & Last 5 months. is there any way to add this new value on Date filter that say like that

Created : on : Last 4 months.

As we aware out of the box : last 3 months, last 6 months and last 9 months is available.

Hello Ashvin.   There is an option for "Relative" in the operator dropdown.   Using that, you can set up a moving calculation of the Created date.   So, instead of Created : on : Last 4 months, you'd choose:

Created : Relative : On or After : 4 : Months : Ago

I'm part of ashvin's team....Yes, you are correct but relative would give me the records from now to past 4 months records that include current Feb 2014, Jan 2014, DEC 2013, Nov 2013 and even few records of last week Oct 2013.

My Requirement is last 4 months complete incident records includes

Jan 2014

DEC 2013

Nov 2013

Oct 2013

Out of the box we have last 3 months/6 months/9 months/12 months. Is there any way can add Last 4 months option.

You could use the "between" operator. Of course, you would need to manually change it as the date period changed.

Users are getting e-mail reports in CSV format and they cannot make any changes in the filter manually in the system. The filer needs to be dynamic.
