Hi All
I am trying to generate a report that will show me in chart format how many tickets have been closed by individual engineers within an assignment group.
I would like on the side axis number of tickets, and then on the bottom axis each individual engineer. I have tried a number of different ways to show this but cannot get either each engineer to show or a specific week.
Any help would be a huge help!
