Required Foundation Data for ITOM/ITAM/HAM/SAM?

Hi Team,

Hope you all are doing well. 

I need information about Foundation data for ITOM/ITAM/HAM/SAM? We are going to implement the ITOM/ITAM/HAM/SAM and need to know what are all basic requirements and required tables regarding the same.  Please guide me and provide if any required documents for Foundational data regarding the same.

1) Core Data & Table

Discipline	Description	Primary Tables
ITAM / Product Catalog	Catalog templates for standardized hardware and software models, which establish uniform attributes.	Model cmdb_model, Asset alm_asset (e.g., alm_hardware, alm_consumable) etc
HAM Specific Tables	Tables managing physical lifecycles, stockroom inventories, contracts, and disposal.	Asset Action alm_asset_action, Disposal alm_disposal, Contract ast_contract etc
SAM Specific Tables	Tables utilized for software entitlements, licensing compliance, discovery models, and normalization.	License Metric samp_sw_license_model, Discovery Model cmdb_sam_sw_discovery_model, Installation cmdb_sam_sw_install etc
CMDB (ITOM Base)	Operational configuration items (CIs) that tie directly into maps and service models.	Base CI cmdb_ci, Server cmdb_ci_server, Network Gear cmdb_ci_network_adapter etc All core table details: Servicenow Doc: CMDB tables descriptions

2)Foundational data acts as the prerequisite backbone before diving into hardware or software mapping.
