Hi, we've had issues that last 2 evenings with 2 production servers with ACC installed, where Ruby Interpreter process has consumed all available RAM (~4GB) and caused production issues. The server techs concluded that the process belonged to ACC and uninstalled agents from both servers after the second time around whereas they just killed the process first time. The servers are each others redundance and identical, Win2016 servers. I'm trying to find any information that agents have caused this before but finding nothing to very little similar. Has anyone here seen this happening in their environment? ACC version 3.2.0. Has run fine so far, and no issue on ~200 other servers and as far as I can see, no change to servers lately. Problem investigation booked for next week, so reaching out just to see if someone has any helpful insights.

I've just been informed of similar Exchange failovers due to v3.4.1 using too much RAM. I've got a change in to trial v5.0.0 upgrade.
