SAM Publisher Part Numbers missing

Hi,

SAM Pro just got activated in a customer environment.
When I wanted to create new entitlements, it seemed that when opening the PPN search list, there were only 9200 records present. However at other customers and instances, I know there are like over 2 million records.
I ran the scheduled task SAM - Apply latest content changes, but nothing changes.

What am I missing here?

The link to this KB doesn't work, and if it is searched in the public KBs it does not exist. Any additional guidance?
