Scheduled Report Didn't Include attachments

I have created a scheduled report and attached few excel files to it but when I executed the report recipients are not getting any attachments..
mails sent without attachment?
Does any one come across this issue before?

yes I deactivated the BR and report worked, but tht BR needed to attach an attachment from email client.

Lathesh, you want to put an attachment in the email if the customer uses email client or you want to attach an attachment to your record from an inbound email?

my requirement was to add an attachment to task when customer uses an email client. For that matter I used above BR and its working fine but same is impacting other places. for example when I run through scheduled report, attachments are not passing to outbound email..
