Does anyone know how I should attach a schedule to my SCRUM Release (or a Sprint if that is easier). My development team does not work weekends and the burn-down chart looks bad when we get ahead on Friday, flat-line Sat and Sun and pick up again on Monday (I appreciate that the average rate will steepen but I think it will give a more consistent view).

Did you ever get an answer to this? You may want to post this question here Group: ServiceNow User Group - SIG - PPM | ServiceNow or here Space: Project Portfolio Management | ServiceNow. I know how to edit the schedule for Project, but not SDLC...

Unfortunately this would not be as easy to change as the Project calendar. There is no actual calendar associated with the Burndown chart. The answer lies under Reports > Custom Charts > Burndown. You would have to have someone modify that code to eliminate weekends from the calculation of planned start and end dates on the release or sprint.
