Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune not updating CIs

We are running the current version of the integration and have seen it import devices but the last time a computer was created was two months ago. There are 23 computers in the CMDB (where Discovery source is "SG-Intune"), while Intune itself shows 79 computers. 

 

I also have some computers in CMDB, that were (apparently) created at some time in the past. When I look grab those serial numbers, I can see them in Intune and in the sn_intune_integrat_computer table but they are not being updated.

 

The import set from the most recent run of the Computer import job shows:

Any idea why ServiceNow is ignoring updates?

Hi, we've had a similar issue with a batch of computers that were installed through the same adapter, it got registered and since IRE had MAC as an identifier, one computer could have several serial numbers attached to it in cmdb_serial_number causing that 1 computer to swap names several times during the update job. Had to delete incorrect serial number assignments and also remove the records attached to the PC sys id from sys_object_source, and remove MAC as identifier.
