Hope all of you are doing well.
My Use Case -- We have an application hosted in AWS public Cloud. User uses AWS Workplace Services to Login on a Desktop/VDI and then Launches the Application using an Icon. Application uses Active Directory as credentials to Login.
You See application entry point conceptually uses the same way as done Using Citrix Xenapp .
For CItrix Xenapp We have an OOTB Application entry point type in ServiceNow Service Mapping but i dont see
anything Similar for Aws Workplace VDI application.
I can use Generic Application Type and Give a try?
Or i Can use AI ML fingerprinting Approach for this also? (TAG based approach can't be used it seems)
Please suggest / Inputs Please.
