Service Mapping for Citrix based Application Genie.
Trying to use Entry point type "Xenapp or Presentation Server Components Endpoint"
4 things to add- Host, Port, Farm, Icon Path.
First 3 values i good get. But for Icon path iam not sure what could be the value to be added .
In App connections part for Citrix Xenapp or Presentation Pattern, i see the input from Icon path is splited using delimiter "##".
The expected input is type##args##name##path.
Could someone help me with this - like what should be the input added for Icon Path.
ANy example would be very helpful.
Thank You.

Sure, I need to finish cleaning that pattern up so that the "map all" mode is a different Ident section, and then I will.

I agree, this ICon Path thing is really confusing and I've been struggling since I first meet Citrix in my mapping exercises.
This is the way I guide Citrix admins to provide me the Icon Path I need, that in the end is only used to avoid to map every Farm and Every Applications in one single Map:
- Open the Citrix Access management console
- Click on the desired icon on the left pane (in our sample is WL)
- Build the icon path starting from Applications
The result in this sample case would be the following: \Applications\HailFolder\Temp\WL
Hope this helps.

HI Chris,
Do we need to start with "\" while configuring the application icon path as stated in your example "\Applications\HailFolder\Temp\WL" ??
TIA

Best way to find out would be to attempt the Entry Point with & without the leading \, and see which one works.
I believe you do need the leading slash.
