Service Mapping error? Port 80 and 5985 (Do these need to be open on my mid-server?)

Can anyone help me out with this error? Do I need to request these ports to be open on my mid-server?

Hi Rodelio,



You need to have this ports open on the host machines. The IP address you are trying to discover do not have the 5985 as open. You should request your network team to have them verified if they are open or not.



For the MID Server connectivity issue you can log on the machine, mid server is hosted and try doing a ping to the IP address you are trying to reach and see if you receive any communication back.
