Service Mapping Error

Hi,

We have Web applications in scope to complete Service Mapping and getting following error for all applications.

looks like it tried to discover mask IP instead actual IP.

Error Massage#

Service Mapping triggered the horizontal discovery to find the host 23.99.xxx.xxx, because this host was not in the CMDB. The horizontal discovery failed. No credential found for type [BASIC_AUTH] Port 443 is

Can you suggest to resolve this issue?

Hi,

For Service Mapping in cloud, make sure:

1) You have mid server installed in your cloud environment.

2) Service Mapping is added as an application.

3) The mentioned CI needs to be there in CMDB. The discovery source for this CI may or may not be ServiceNow.
