Service Mapping Issue - host ABC123 ignored since it is not in operational state

Hi,

I am new to Service mapping and we have an ask to create a Service Map.

While running the Service Mapping, I getting the following error -

When I open the host in CMDB the operational status for it operational.

Does anyone know which status field should be updated or is it related to something else.

Thanks!

Thanks! the issue was replated to sys_property not avaiable.

Though it says you need to have it for statuses other than Operational, but when I added this property with 'Operational' status, this issue was resolved.

Hi @Navjot Sidhu

it might be due to the new CSDM 4.0 life cycle states. Please check the following article: https://www.servicenow.com/community/common-service-data-model/csdm-4-0-life-cycle-how-to-implement-...
