We are implementing Service Mapping for some services for example: Ansible Controller, the service mapping only shows the load balancer and application server levels but not database level however the database is already discovered and there in the CMDB and it's shown in the dependency view as a "connects to" relationship to the app server and there are no errors in the discovery logs.
Any idea if there is specific configuration we need to check in order to troubleshoot why it's not showing the database?

Hi @Abanoub_Mounir ,
You must need to check the Read only access on config file available from Source Server (Web or App Server ) to Database Server.
If yes then you need to create the connection Section in the App or Web Server Pattern from where you want to showcase the connection with Database.
Please check those things, Couple of time OOB connection are not available.
