Service Mapping Plus error Failed to get active version for solution , java.lang.Exception: ERR029

Hi All,

I am trying to setup a Service Mapping Plus plugin and did ran a discovery to discover more than 100 servers and few load balancers also we have lots of data in tcp connection and running process tables.

Sys property sa_ml.connection_suggestions.active = true

sys property sa.traffic_based_discovery.active = true

I am getting below warning message on Application service readiness dashboard

"Warning: Application Fingerprinting Training Job is Stuck. For more information on resolving this issue, KB0963421"

And also getting below errors in syslog when I trigger scheduled job "Applications suggestion - ITOM Autodiscovery"

I checked KB0963421 but couldn't bout any solution related to the warning message.

Appreciate if anyone please help me get this through.
