service mapping update sets

What is best practice for ServiceMapping and update sets?   Not all things are contained by update sets for ServiceMapping.   Can some items be migrated via XML or will that cause more problem?   Is recreating Business Service and Entry Point manually needed when moving from dev to test to prod instance?

Hi Porthos!

If you are using Istanbul you can use the Service Map Planner. That gives you a possibility to import the Entry points of the Services from a CSV-file so you don't need to add them all manually.
