Service Operations Workspace - Service Dashboard

Has anyone had issues with services on the service dashboard turning red when there are no open alerts for it?

 

We have seen this several times but it always clears up before we can get on a call with support. 

 

So, I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what was done to clear or resolve it.

I was hopeful that it might. I'm sorrysay that I ldidn't earn anything new from the video. My issues is that a service on the service operations dashboard turned red and there was no corresponding alert to turn it red. There had been an alert for that service earlier in the day but it never reached critical severity. After the alert closed, the service on the dashboard stayed red. It did finally clear overnight but this is not the expected behavior.
