Service request form on SNOW

I have created a Service request form on SNOW however the Catalog task is not getting created automatically upon getting the RITM Approved.

 

I have checked the Workflow part seems to be fine.

 

Please Help

The Request shows that Request Items have been created, but when you drill into the Request Item there's no Catalog Tasks?

Just make sure that you have attached the right workflow to the catalog item.


Also it will be helpful if you can attach the screenshot of your workflow.
