Service request form on SNOW

I have created a Service request form on SNOW however the Catalog task is not getting created automatically upon getting the RITM Approved.

I have checked the Workflow part seems to be fine.

The script is asking you the following questions:

Is short_description == 'Share Drive Access Request'

OR 'Website Access Request'

OR 'Web Application Request'

OR 'ID Termination' etc etc...

You have a case where you see the workflow created no tasks.   Take the case that created no tasks and see if the short description should have evaluated as true for any of the values the script is looking for.

Another small thing I wana ask. How do we customize the Submit button on the form.

By default it gives

I wana remove Quantity.Add to cart and Shopping cart at the last.

Just wana keep Submit.

Go to Maintain Items and pull up the Catalog Item form.   Make sure the form has the "no Cart" property on it.   If the form has the property, then check it for any Catalog Item you wish to proceed directly to check out.

Hey,

I have another question for you.

I have added a Variable in a variable Set on a Service request form.

However while selecting that Variable it doesn't get submitted.

The error says that "need to select atleast 1 application."

I would be very happy if you can help me on this.
