Servicenow AWS Integration for Cloud Discovery

Hello Servicenow Community,

I am trying to integrate ServiceNow with AWS for cloud discovery.

I set up a mid server on AWS and have an account ID of a sandbox account. Do I need both management and member accounts to discover the resources?

What should be the step-by-step process? OR what exactly I should ask from the AWS team to be able to discover?

Even, I am UNABLE to discover data centers on the sandbox account. How can I check the detailed error log?

Hi @Gursimran Singh

Don't use the discover data centers from the above screenshot. Over here, just add the account details and link the credential for your account.

Then you need to run migration to use patterns instead of CAPI from left nav menu "Pattern Designer->Migrate CPG/CAPI to Pattern".

Further if this is successful, then create the cloud discovery schedule and that will validate your account and discover data centers and other resources too.
