ServiceNow Meraki integration - only one organization is being pulled

Hi All,

 

We have integrated ServiceNow with Meraki, we added credentials under discovery credentials for three different organizations.

But ServiceNow is pulling data for only one organization and only one organization is being created in ServiceNow.

Are there any knows points that we should be looking at while doing it for multiple organizations in Meraki.

I would recommend raising HI Case to ServiceNow.

 

in the meantime, if it is possible for you to adhere below article to identify the list of organizations you can GET then maybe you will get to know which all you have access to: https://n8n.io/integrations/cisco-meraki/and/servicenow/
