ServiceNow MID Server OpenJDK process consuming high memory

ServiceNow MID Server OpenJDK process is consuming more than 50% CPU even when no discovery is running via that MID server. 

Some of the KB articles suggests it could be anti-virus causing high CPU on server but even when we stopped anti-virus software, CPU consumption is high on server.

You post title refers to high memory but your description is about high CPU, two different things.

Have you tried using something like VisualVM (https://visualvm.github.io/) to see what exactly is causing the high CPU (which threads, etc)?
