We are slowing moving to Service Mapping, however I'm trying to get the functionality of 'Impacted Services' in the Operator Workspace working for our manually related Application Services.
How is the 'Services Impacted' calculated? I assume it checks the 'svc_ci_assoc' table. Our is mostly empty at the moment. I have manually added a reference between a Windows Server CI, and an Application Service in this table. Yet the alerts and details of the server do not show as this server CI impacting the service.
Am I missing something? I figured I would migrate our relationships between Servers and Application Services over to svc_ci_assoc to enable the proper impacts!
