for example, my server is UTC time zone and I like to run the Argentina at 9 pm UTC and Czech Republic at 2:00:00 AM.
it is possible?
Thanks

This article explains how to schedule a discovery. You can set up a separate schedule per location.

You need to check your instance time. Do conversion and create location based discovery.
It should work.
