Severity customization on events

Hi ,

Please Guide , how to Customize severity for events 

E.g source - Dynatrace 

Metric Name- Failure_Rate   Severity - Major

why u need to customize SEVERITY Field value as its Standard and Service Now Also has same OOTB Values.

When event will come to em_evnt table it will auto map .
