I have a customer that is asking for the ability to limit a role to be able to manage Event Rules on

I have tried to use ACLs on the em_match_rule table to grant read, create, write access to a specific role and then add that role to a specific group.  When I test it and impersonate a user with the role I get this message.  "Following page requires event management admin privileges.".  Any thoughts.

I believe there are specific UI pages for Event Management in ServiceNow, and access to them is likely restricted to Event Management Administrators. We probably do not have the required permissions to modify those pages
