Skipped record revert to base system ui action and resolution choice

Hi Community

When reviewing skipped records and wanting to process as revert to base system, could you simply choose the resolution as "reviewed and reverted" or do you need to conduct the process via the UI Action in order for servicenow to revert back to base system.

Hello @jnt-cnt ,

 

You need to use the UI Action ("Revert to Base System"). This will revert to the OOTB version and update the Resolution accordingly.

Just selecting a Resolution will not do anything.
