Rajesh,

We recently implemented OEM 13c, and I used the 12c MIB and Event Rule with no problem.

I've never integrated with 13c but I would imagine the 12c rules would work for it. You can check the MIB files to see if there are any changes.

Hello Steve and Rajesh

Does the SNM Pversion have to be v1 and v2c always . As per the docs it mentioned to select v1andv2c - Any other gotchas from your experience please

Fill in the fields, as described in Configure event collection for SNMP traps. For the SNMP version field, select: v1 and v2c.

@lakshmin We left it as 'v1 and v2c', so I can't speak to using v3.

The only issue we ran into was that our network team had used non-ASCII characters in the naming of some of our devices, which caused issues as they came into ServiceNow, completely jumbling up the em_event record. But that was an oddity on our Network team's side, and I believe ServiceNow has fixed the handling of those characters.
