I would like to get your guidance on the best approach to retrieve End of Vendor (EOV) information from Cisco and Meraki devices and populate this data accurately in the CMDB.
Specifically, I would like to understand:
What is the recommended way to collect EOV data from Cisco and Meraki devices and integrate it into ServiceNow?
Is there a clear advantage to using Service Graph Connector for Meraki compared to relying solely on ServiceNow Discovery?
In our SDA architecture, we are using embedded WLCs. As far as I understand, ServiceNow Discovery alone does not provide a way to retrieve Access Point (AP) information from the switch in this scenario. Can you please confirm if this is correct or suggest alternative approaches?
