Hi All,
I am trying to enable the Bi-directional functionality in SolarWinds, but it is not working.
Steps followed:
1- Tick the check box of Bi-directional on both instance as well as definition.
2- Choose task on the alert field identifier on definition.
but still SolarWinds are not able to see the INC in their tools which is created on SNOW.
Help me to resolve this issue.
