SolarWinds and ServiceNow Bidirectional

Hello Experts,

 

I have Integrated SolarWinds with Event Management.

Now SolarWinds also wants to see the Incident created in the ServiceNow, on their console. But the Bidirectional on the connector is not working. Kindly suggest.
