Some IP Ranges are still in ready state in ECC Queue

Hi Experts,
We ran the discovery schedule with IP Ranges, some of the IP Address are still in ready state in ECC Queue, not sure why it get stuck in PROD. The same IP Address, if we run for Quick Discovery it is working fine.
