Some IP Ranges stuck in ECC Queue with ready state

Hi Experts,

 

We ran the discovery schedule and some of the ip addresses are stuck in ECC Queue with ready state and it is not moving. When we run those ip addresses individually we are getting success. Not sure why it is getting stuck.

Is there any overlap of scheduled for the same set of IP ranges?
