Kindly guide me on how to configure incidents inside the Service operations workspace.
In the horizontal portion (highlighted in red in the figure below), I would like to add an overview and playbook (tabs), and in the vertical section, I would like to add a configuration item. If I could have the table names where this might be configured, that would be wonderful.
