We need to implement SRM (Service Reliability Management ) for existing services in SOW, we already having solar wind alert automation in placed but we need to utilize SOW for existing services and alert.
Please help with how can we SRM be outstanding comparing to solar wind alert automation.
Also help to implement it from scratch.
