Subscription Mgmt - How to troubleshoot

I see that we are over-allocated for the ITOM Visibility subscription. Cool. 

How can I find out exactly what that means and how we are over-allocated? I believe this refers to CIs but I can't figure out how to get to the specific information to see what is being counted and how we are over.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks Abbas,

Unfortunately, that documentation is generic and doesn't provide the level of detail that I need.

 

I can't determine what exactly and specifically goes into determining that allocated license count.
