I upgraded developer instance last night to Jakarta and am running a test Oracle DB discovery (UNIX) and receiving the following error:
Discovery using patterns could not be executed due to missing pattern Oracle DB On Unix Pattern. Synchronize the pattern with the Mid Servers and try again
How do I resolve this ?

Hi - would anyone know how I can move forward with pattern based discovery of Oracle DB on Jakarta ? I can't seem to get any hints on what I might need to do from the docs. Thanks in advance !

It sounds like some of the changes you made have prevented upgrade actions from installing the right pattern.
As per the error message, have you checked to see if: Oracle DB On Unix Pattern exists?
(if it's missing, I have a Jakarta instance and can export the pattern if it needs manually importing)

Hi Dave - Thanks for the reply, The actual dev instance was reset shortly prior to upgrade and no changes have been applied.
The Oracle DB on UNIX pattern does exist however it appear in the pattern designer with the Active button unchecked:
If I click Active and then Save I receive:
However the Active button reverts to be unchecked.
