Hello, we are running Paris Patch 7 and getting the same problem. Any update? Any response from ServiceNow?

Hello - We are on Paris Patch 9 and have this issue.

Anyone been able to get a solution to this issue?

Hello,

Noticed today that this error message no longer appear in our logs. What we have done is to update the Discovery Patterns (separely available from the store) and also to run the F5 Discovery using the REST method. Also done a Probe-to-pattern migration.

Been working accoring to this (slightly contradictory) article and have configured Basic authentication only.

Have not heard much from ServiceNow, had a case where this was related, but didn't get a response on this specific error message.
